What municipalities face

  • Queues at every renewal date

Documents to copy, permits to print, renewals all at once: the front desk is overwhelmed.

  • A file that is hard to keep up to date

Spreadsheet, paper register, outdated tool: the list of permit holders is never quite current.

  • Abuse that is hard to spot

Several permits for one household, a permit kept after moving out.

  • Residents who want to do everything online

They expect the same online process as for their other municipal services.

What QR Blue brings

  • Eligibility checked by street and house number, from the official address database
  • Cap on permits per household, with an alert for duplicates
  • Supporting documents viewed online, then deleted as soon as the decision is made
  • E-mail reminder before expiry, with an optional second reminder
  • Online renewal, automatic or with documents depending on the zone
  • Badge reprint if lost, without visiting the front desk

Frequently asked questions

How can resident parking permits go digital?

You configure your zones, eligible streets and required documents; the portal is embedded in your website. Residents apply online, your staff decide in one click and the QR badge is sent by e-mail. Existing permits can be imported.

Which supporting documents can be requested?

Those set by your rules, for example proof of address and the vehicle registration certificate. They can vary by zone and permit type, and are deleted as soon as the decision is made.

Do residents need to create an account?

No. Each step is secured by a one-time code sent by e-mail.

What happens if the badge is lost?

The resident reprints it from the portal. The QR code stays the same: nothing changes for enforcement.

Can the resident permit be paid for?

Yes, if the municipality decides so: with the online payment module, residents pay when applying or renewing, for example through PayFiP.
