- Users are the authority's managers, administrators and enforcement officers; residents have no account.
- A 10% tolerance applies to the vehicle, user and zone thresholds: within it, the plan is only adjusted on the following 1 January.
- Beyond 50,000 vehicles or 100 short-stay spaces, specific pricing applies.
- Activating the subscription and short-stay modules incurs setup fees, including in plans that include them.
- Annual subscription invoiced in advance, renewed automatically; cancellation three months before the renewal date.
FAQ
Which plan should we choose?
It depends on the number of authorised vehicles you expect, the number of staff users and the number of zones. We help you size it during the demo.
What does onboarding include?
Configuring your zones, badge types and streets, generating the QRs, creating your staff accounts and two one-hour training sessions by video conference.
Can we recover our existing permits?
Yes. We take over your files (formatting, cleaning, de-duplicating) for €100 excl. VAT per 1,000 vehicles, with no service interruption.
Do residents pay anything?
No, unless the authority decides to charge for certain badges or zones with the online payment module.
What happens to our data at the end of the contract?
It belongs to you. On request, we return it in a usable format within 30 days, then delete it from our servers.
