# Time-limited parking: scan a QR, free or paid*

One QR code per group of spaces: on a post, a car park or the signs of a street. The driver scans it, enters their plate and starts their parking time, with no app and no account. Free (short stop, limited duration) or paid* by plate, depending on the zone's regime: the same gesture for drivers, the same control tool for officers.

## What it enables

- One zone = one regime: maximum duration, extensions, wait between two parkings, regulated hours
- Groups of spaces attached to the zone: one QR for a space, a car park or a street, with its number of spaces, no individual settings
- Plate pre-filled for returning drivers; timer displayed, page can be closed and reopened
- Paid zone*: hourly grid in steps, day / week / month passes, entry pass, online payment
- Extension from the same page; SMS reminder before the end and notice on expiry
- Vehicles authorised on the zone (badge) are exempted automatically

## In detail

- Check by the QR of the group of spaces: ongoing and recent parkings; check by plate or badge in the same app
- Configurable overstay tolerance (e.g. 2 minutes)
- Free: every step timestamped with an RFC 3161 cryptographic token, independently verifiable (eIDAS optional); paid: PDF invoice by e-mail
- Signs of each group of spaces as PDF, in the authority's colours
- Whitelist of authorised plates for your barriers and cameras
- PayFiP (French public treasury) or another provider, no card data kept by QR Blue
- Statistics: parkings per day, average duration, extensions, by zone and by group of spaces; revenue and average basket for paid use
- * Paid use available early 2027; free use is available now.
